Matthew from Rosetenville - the student from Wits who took the Johannesburg Folk & Club set apart with his unique brand of satire & social commentary. Unknown outside of the Johannesburg alternative rock & folk scene this short appearance introduced him to the country & many other musicians that night. Urban Creep were on the bill & the following year they accompanied him on his debut album Turn on You. Matthew & Chris Letcher (ex-Creep) are now a well-known & extremely popular duo.
