South Africa’s longest-running and most renowned annual music festival, Splashy Fen has evolved into the ultimate outdoor experience for music and nature lovers alike. As such, it offers a number of exciting opportunities for potential sponsors and we’d like to invite you to become a part of this unique event. Email us.

Zulu Kingdom Tourism KwaZulu-Natal
Tourism KwaZulu-Natal (TKZN) is responsible directly and indirectly for the development, promotion and marketing of tourism into and within the province.  It is for this reason that we have once again added our support to Splashy Fen, as a key event that helps drive tourist volume into the province and increases the number of visitors to the scenic Drakensberg area.  We believe that events like Splashy Fen raise awareness of KZN as a ‘must visit’ destination that offers warm weather and fun experiences.

Going forward, the challenge is not only to make sure our accommodation establishments, transport and security infrastructures are in place, but also that visitors are offered value for money and an experience that will make them want to return again and again!  It is also hoped that Splashy Fen will draw meaningful numbers of the historically excluded so that they can experience economic benefits from the event.  Our aim is not so much for a once-off spike of prosperity from tourism, but for a new plateau that will see local business people and SMMEs remaining profitable after the festival.

Nottingham Road Brewery “We’ll change your taste for Beer for good!”
Nottingham Road Brewery has been making fine ale and lager since 1996. Affectionately known as the ‘Lads’, its range of naturally brewed beers includes:
Tiddly Toad - a light lager (3%); Whistling Weasel - a pale ale (4.5%); Pye-eyed Possum - a pilsner (4.6%); and Pickled Pig - a dark ale called a porter (5.5%).
All four Lads will be available at Splashy in ? litre or 340ml draught and for the ‘big boys’ there’ll also be a 2 litre jug. And if you plan on taking it slowly, a ginger ale shandy will also be available (2.5%). This is a refreshing blend of Frankies Ginger Beer and the Whistling Weasel.
Each day, the first customer wearing a Notties T-shirt (one of the Lads) will receive his or her first jug free. Look out for other giveaways during the festival!
